Hi, I am Pooja Vora.

“Being healthy is the ultimate destiny and with health, all other works are accomplished”

I help people in living a healthy lifestyle with focus on holistic well-being.

Through my own journey of well-being, I have learned that healthy eating is not about restrictions, impractical philosophies or striving to be unrealistically thin. It is not about depriving yourself of the food you love. Healthy eating is about feeling great from within, having more energy and reframing your relationship with food in a way that nurtures your well-being.

I am a professional nutritionist with over 2 years of clinical nutrition experience. I derive a lot of my learning from my training in Nutrition and Health Education AND from my own lived experience of losing weight and being fit. In my last stint, I worked as a Clinical Nutritionist at a large multispecialty hospital chain’s headquarter.

I believe that healthy eating is not about restrictions, impractical philosophies or being unrealistically thin. It is not about depriving yourself of foods you love. Healthy eating is about feeling great from within, having more energy and reframing your relationship with food.

It can be achieved by learning some basics of nutrition and incorporating them in a way that works for you!
